This guide walks you through the complete process of generating sections with AI, from uploading your content to refining the final results.

The AI generation process has these steps:

  1. Upload/Paste Content - Get your content into the system

Step 1: Opening the AI Assistant

Access the AI Modal

  1. Open the Promptless WP editor for your page
  2. Click "Generate with AI" button in the top toolbar (sparkle/magic icon)

The modal first checks if AI is properly configured:

  • Green checkmark - AI is ready to use
  • Red X or warning - Need to configure API settings
  • Yellow warning - Limited functionality available

If you see warnings, visit AI Settings to configure your OpenAI API key.

Step 2: Adding Your Content

Option A: Upload Document

  1. Click "Upload Document" tab
  2. Choose your .docx file or drag and drop
  3. Wait for upload and content extraction
  4. Review extracted content in the preview area

Option B: Paste Text Content

  1. Click "Paste Text" tab
  2. Paste your content into the text area

Step 4: Generate Your Sections

Start the Generation Process

  1. Click "Generate Sections" button
  2. AI processing begins - this takes 30-60 seconds

After sections are added:

  • Scroll through the preview to see all sections

Editing Section Content

Click on any generated section to edit:
