FAQ
The basics
Section titled “The basics”What is Promptless Forms? A free WordPress plugin for forms. You write each form as a short piece of JSON, place it with a shortcode, and get entries, email notifications, webhooks and spam protection. See What Promptless Forms is.
Do I need Promptless WP? No. Forms work on any site. With Promptless WP active they take its colours, fonts and corner radius, and follow dark sections.
Is there a drag-and-drop builder? No. You paste JSON on Form Entries → Forms, or have an AI assistant write it through the connector.
How do I put a form on a page?
Paste its shortcode, [pforms_form id="your-form-id"], into a Shortcode block,
a Promptless WP section’s Shortcode Content or a modal’s Body. See
Your first form.
