FlowMint Workflows
FlowMint Workflows runs a list of steps after someone submits a Promptless Forms form, or on a schedule. A step sends an email, creates a Google Drive folder, uploads a file, creates a Printavo quote, calls another system’s API, or imports records into Promptless CPT Pages. Each run happens in the background, so the visitor never waits for it.
A workflow is a JSON definition. There is no drag-and-drop builder: you write workflows through the FlowMint connector (usually by describing them to an AI assistant) or through the REST API, and you watch what they did in FlowMint Workflows → Run History. The plugin is free.
