Step Library

Each step in a workflow has a type. The 29 types below are all there is; a new kind of step needs a new version of the plugin. The connector’s flowmint_list_step_types returns the same list, with each step’s settings and output, from the site itself.

“Drive” and “Printavo” are the stored credentials.

Things every step shares

• Settings go in config. Any string in it may contain {{ … }} placeholders; see Variables and expressions.
• Output is stored under the step’s name and read as {{ steps.<name>.<field> }}. Each page lists the output fields.
• Errors carry a code such as config_error or external_5xx. What each means, and which are retried, is in Error codes.
• Settings are checked when the step runs, not when the workflow is saved. A missing required setting fails the step with config_error.
